What were some of your professional highlights of 2022?

Launching my one of a kind talent agency focusing on BIPOC and LGBTQ+ broadcasters, Deals for 4 client podcasts on national platforms one of which is now nominated for an NAACP Image Award, and joining the Outfest Board of Directors and serving as Co-Communications Chair.

What was your biggest professional lesson of 2022?

Leadership is an act of service. If you don’t want to serve, it is impossible to lead. As I grow my company and continue building a team to support our roster this couldn’t be more true. Everyday I am reminded that I am in service to my team and our clients. They’re looking to me for the vision, the strategy and the action. Being of service to others has to be at the core of everything as a leader.
