[NFL] Football Policy and Governance Associate
This Associate position will collaborate directly with the Director and VP of Football Policy Governance and Education Strategy in support of football exposure oversight, specifically in the coach and front office divisions, football clinical initiatives, and football ecosystem partners and constituents. The candidate will collaborate with league office executives to assist in supporting existing initiatives, and football oversight process, manage the data, analytics, technology and impact reports on football exposure in coaching, and executive-level positions inside and outside of clubs. Additionally, this role will require club relationship development and management for ongoing oversight, management and compliance with league inclusion efforts. This role requires strategic direction, activations, oversight and compliance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support on-site club relations and serve as a Football Operations liaison with team personnel for all football inclusion efforts.
Collaborate on creative solutions for football inclusion development to assist teams with diverse hiring practices.
Support and grow the Bill Walsh Diversity Coaching Fellowship and the Nunn-Wooten Scouting Fellowship
Engage with the Bill Walsh & Nunn-Wooten Advisory Councils
Assist in the development and expansion of opportunities for coaches and front office executive staff.

All-Star Games Leaders Network (January-February)
NFL Women’s Community Networking & Development (February-June)
New Head Coach & General Manager Roundtable (March)

Assist in the creation and management of a football inclusion database
Track and gather data and present findings throughout the Head Coach, General Manager, Coordinator, and Quarterback Coach hiring process each year.
Assist the Director with the NFL Women’s Community and collaborate on developing a strategy and plan for program implementation.
Assist with Rotation participants and interns in Football Operations Manager.
Assist in developing and maintaining the Football Administration website accessible to all clubs.
Assist Big Data Bowl logistically with mentoring program for diverse candidates.
Provide direct assistance to other projects and departments, as requested.
Assist with operations and player logistics for league events such as Draft, Pro Bowl, Super Bowl, Combine, and All-Star Games
ADDITIONAL DUTIES:
Attend and participate in such events as Collegiate All-Star Games, Pro Bowl, Super Bowl, Combine, Rookie Debut, AFCA Conference, Legends Coaches Events, and assigned League, Football Operations programs and events or Committee Meetings.
Maintain a trusted relationship with Coaches, Club Football Operations Front Office leaders, Legends players, in conjunction with Legends Coaches Community, and other NFL affinity groups.
Responsible for providing superior service and support to clubs, players, and partners.
Provides seamless support for and communications with other departments.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong business analytics
Bachelor’s degree required.
Strong communication and leadership skills
3+ years’ experience in football analytic environment
Planning, project management and implementation leadership
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, work independently, and develop strategies to prioritize and optimize business development within Football Operations
Ability to work with multiple project teams simultaneously and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment.
