[LIONSGATE] Coordinator, Marketing Strategy
Lionsgate is seeking an organized and creative Coordinator, Marketing Strategy with a passion for film and marketing. This individual will support the strategy team in executing campaigns, strategic planning, and initiatives aligned with team goals. In addition, they will work cross-functionally within the motion picture group, collaborating with creative, publicity, digital, media, sales, and external parties. This role will assist in crafting, developing and implementing marketing strategies for a range of film releases. Furthermore, they will assist in strategic planning and operational execution of campaigns, including theatrical promotions, international deliverables, and media initiatives. The ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of experience in marketing or the entertainment industry and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and present title sales slides to the Sales team.
Coordinate meetings, take detailed notes, and support team follow-ups.
Oversee metadata, artwork, and software systems entries for new releases.
Collaborate with the Copywriting/Proofing team on copy and metadata requests.
Coordinate and distribute strategic briefs, campaign documents, and one-pagers.
Assist in creating of marketing materials and filmmaker presentations for internal teams.
Process invoices for the strategy team, supports the strategy team on title budget processing and status.
Communicating invoice and coding information with Vendors and other internal departments as needed.
Support international asset delivery and creative material requests, routing assets for approvals.
Assist with vendor communications, invoice processing, and budget management for marketing campaigns and title specific initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to track multiple moving pieces.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Passionate about films and marketing, with a creative mindset and a keen eye for detail.
At least 1 year of administrative experience in marketing or production at a studio or similar organization.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
Ability to adapt quickly to changes and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
