Being Named one of Billboard's Top 2020 Business Managers.

What advice would you give yourself 5 years ago?

The advice I would give myself 5 years ago would be to: think it, feel it, be it. There is no time like the present to cultivate the traits and habits associated with who you aspire to be or what you want to achieve. Trust the Universe’s timing and enjoy the ride!

What is one thing that can be done differently to promote more diversity in the sports and entertainment industries?

As a business manager I believe in accountability. The one thing we need to promote is accountability, people talk a good game, write beautiful press releases, but no one is held accountable to actually change the ownership and executive leadership teams. Representation matters.

What is one thing you've learned about yourself during the pandemic?

I've learned that self-care is crucial. I can't take care of you if I'm not at my best. It's okay to rest & recharge. That allows me to be 100%.

What is your theme word for 2021?

Gratitude.
