[WARNER BROS. DISCOVERY] ElevateHER Program

Are you looking to break into sports? ElevateHER is a career initiative, presented by Warner Bros. Discovery, targeted to women interested in securing entry-level careers in the sports industry. Twelve (12) participants will be selected for our 2024 cohort, who will commit to a two-day summit in Atlanta, October 2-3 at Warner Bros. Discovery’s Techwood Campus.

Throughout the program, cohort members will get hands-on experience working alongside women sports leaders at TNT Sports, covering everything from behind-the-scenes production to marketing strategies and more. Participants will also contribute to HighlightHER creative sessions, network with industry professionals and build lasting connections. These connections will lead to ongoing support, including virtual check-ins, informational interviews and career guidance.

Open to seniors at an accredited college or university AND/OR early career professionals (1-2 years of working experience in any field). We encourage anyone with a legitimate interest in a career in sports to apply - regardless of previous career experience in the industry.
